Use the password-reset option on the official sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. Create a new password that is unique and difficult to guess. If you cannot access that email account, contact support so the appropriate identity and recovery checks can be considered. Nurai Connect staff should never ask you to disclose your existing password.
